Según Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA), este evento ( alerta de seguridad ) involucró a un dispositivo médico en Brazil que fue producido por Zee Medical Inc Sub McKesson Corp; York Pharmaceuticals Inc.
