    There is a possible sterility issue with one of the components of the kits which may contain burkholderia multivorans. b.Multivorans is an opportunistic pthogenic bacteria in compromised individuals particularly those with cystic fibrosis or granulomataous disease. the manufacturer has received reports from dental practitioners of adverse events from grafting procedures. symptoms included: infection pain graft failure and severe inflammation.
