Una corrección al equipo o acción de retiro tomada por el fabricante para abordar un problema con un dispositivo médico.     Steris has learned that some customers may be storing objects including surgical items and table accessories on the base and/or around the column of the amsco surgical table. this practice can damage the centre column of the table by accessories impinging the column and causing separation along the mating seam of the sheet metal shroud. this misuse can lead to damage of the override switch assembly located at the top of the column cover. it is possible that the table could articulate/move without prompting by an operator.
