    As a result of trending analysis and resulting investigation wright medical technology inc. determined all stems packaged witht he "old style"(plastisol and foam) packaging are suspect to packaging particulate. the possibility exists that particulate debris in or on the stem could potentially lead ot complications that might necessitate a revision suregery.
