Una corrección al equipo o acción de retiro tomada por el fabricante para abordar un problema con un dispositivo médico.     It has been determined that the sling bar bolt can be subjected to bending throughout its lifetime when used outside the expected user profile those misuses include lifting repeatedly with only one hook (a single side of the sling bar) lifting at angles using one hook of the lift to pull patients in bed or even using the sling bar to lift heavy equipment for servicing activities.
