¿Qué es esto?

Una corrección al equipo o acción de retiro tomada por el fabricante para abordar un problema con un dispositivo médico.     The gas springs used in the vhm arms have a finite life and can loose pressure over time. if the vhm arm (variable height mount) is left in the locked position the gas spring can loose pressure and releasing the lock may result in a sudden downward movement. this issue impacts all products built for the affected product numbers (between october 2004 - may 2010).
