    Customer complaint records and internal investigations have shown that the aforementioned batches of the columbia base agar cm0331 product (ref b, r, s, t, u) did not receive sufficient microbiological supplement, which results in colony recovery being less than expected also, the hemolysis is reduced or absent, therefore the use of these batches may prevent the identification or confirmation of the presence of certain bacterial strains of staphylococcus and streptococcus spp.
