Según National Institute of Drugs and Food Surveillance (INVIMA), este evento ( alerta de seguridad ) involucró a un dispositivo médico en Colombia que fue producido por Zhejiang Shaoxing Yongfeng Surgical Dressing Co. Ltd.

    The manufacturer has detected that the raw material of the gauze packaging, in this case the medical grade paper, does not present enough and necessary adhesion with the film, for this reason, when both (paper and film) are sealed, the result is unsello with a weak force and this, added to the weight of the gas, causes the product to open easily, compromising the sterility of the product, which can lead to potentially serious adverse events on the patients.
