Alerta De Seguridad para Ventilator OXYLOG

Según National Institute of Drugs and Food Surveillance (INVIMA), este evento ( alerta de seguridad ) involucró a un dispositivo médico en Colombia que fue producido por Dräger Medical GMBH.

    The manufacturer reports that a defective weld of a potentiometer may be presented to the pcb board of the control panel on some equipment with specific serial numbers of the models mentioned above, caused by the suspension of the mechanical ventilation and the presence of an audible alarm and a poti unplugged error message, which can lead to potential adverse events on the patient.
