In addition, when the calibration has been accepted with this lot, the patient results are valid if the controls are in the specifications. This calibrator is used in the quantitative determination of tacrolimus (immunosuppressant) and certain metabolites in whole blood. by microparticulate immunoenzymological technology (MEIA).
