    Urgent product recall: bd oral syringe with syringe tip caps medical device manufacturer, becton, dickinson and company (bd), issued an urgent product recall of bd oral syringe with tip caps, ref numbers 305207, 305217, 305210, 305220, 305208, 305218, 305209, 305219. the manufacturer has received reports that the oral syringe tip caps may come loose from the syringe; potentially resulting in leakage of medication from the syringe. the loose tip cap issue results from an incorrect dimension on the tip cap. the manufacturer advised users to return the affected products for replacement. according to the local supplier, the affected device has been distributed to hk. if you are in possession of the affected product, please contact your supplier immediately for necessary actions.
