    This is a follow up to ensure all corrections have been completed. the manufacturer become aware of a risk that with excessive force, there is potential for a mounted monitor to be lifted out of the yoke of the vision mounting arm during positioning. an installation of a screw and washer to the mounting arm yoke will ensure the monitor is secured to the arm.
