    Mosaiq does not re-calculate the agent volume when the user changes the ordering dose (to other than what was calculated) prior to saving the order. incorrect agent volume information is displayed in the dispensing detail widget. this information could lead to the patient being under or overdosed. there is a remote probability of a mistreatment resulting in serious injury.
