    As a result of internal testing and customer feedback, beckman coulter found that a problem occurred during the manufacturing process of the access vitamin b12 reagent pack, with lot number 270139 (ref 33000). specifically, access vitamin b12 packaging of reagents from this lot can lead to incorrect results if used to process patient samples - to incorrect results that are either false high or false low, relative to established reference ranges.
