    Internal measurements for quality assurance have shown that the target value for ast/got with pyridoxal phosphate has to be reassigned for the above mentioned lot of the calibrator diacal auto. impact on calibration value for ast/got with pyridoxal phosphate has to be reassigned from patient results 105 u/l (1.75 µkat/l) to 99.8 u/l (1.66 µkat/l) (‐5 %). by using this new calibration value also patient results will be shifted by ‐5 %. .
