TELIGENTM implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD) and COGNISTM cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices (CRT-D) manufactured by Boston Scientific.The manufacturer has issued a Field Safety Notice (400Kb) (FSN) in relation to the second subset of affected devices.
